Job Title: Communication Manager (Digital Marketing)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Communication Manager with 1–2 years of experience in communications and digital marketing to help build and manage our brand presence. As part of our architecture and design studio, you will craft engaging content, manage our digital channels, and ensure that our design philosophy and project stories reach the right audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Communication:

• Support the development and execution of communication strategies aligned with our brand values.

• Draft press releases, project features, and award submissions.

• Ensure clear and consistent messaging across all client touchpoints.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

• Plan, create, and schedule content for social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

• Write and edit posts, project updates, and thought leadership content.

• Coordinate with design teams for project visuals.

• Manage updates for the website and monitor performance.

Content Management:

• Maintain the content calendar and ensure timely publishing.

• Assist with email newsletters and digital campaigns.

• Track engagement metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Collaboration:

• Coordinate with the design team to develop content ideas that showcase our projects and design approach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, or related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in communications or digital marketing, preferably in architecture, design, creative, or related industries.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with social media platforms, basic SEO, and analytics tools.

• Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with design/architecture terminology.

• Basic knowledge of graphic tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience with newsletters or email marketing tools.
