Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or Master’s degree is a plus). Deep knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS principles. Previous hands-on Controller experience in a high-growth technology and/or SaaS organization. Highly proficient in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel. Strong financial reporting skills, including variance analysis, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Demonstrated ability to take ownership, set strategy, and motivate teams to achieve deliverables.
