Corporate Controlling & Reporting Manager

As a Corporate Controlling & Reporting Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the global financial close, reporting, and compliance processes under US GAAP. Your responsibilities will include overseeing consolidated reporting, driving SOX compliance, partnering with FP&A and executive leadership, and guiding accounting teams across the globe. Your hands-on leadership approach will make a strategic impact in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead various aspects of the company's worldwide financial close and reporting process in accordance with US GAAP. - Oversee the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close in accordance with US GAAP on both local and consolidated levels. - Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits under PCAOB standards. - Manage monthly reconciliations and analysis of all general ledger accounts on both local and consolidated levels, ensuring compliance with US GAAP accounting standards. - Understand US GAAP to local GAAP adjustment for key locations and ensure appropriate practices are followed. - Analyze financial data and transactions, identify anomalies, and proactively resolve errors. - Research and document complex US GAAP accounting matters and develop accounting policies for worldwide application. - Optimize internal controls to promote SOX compliance. - Train and develop staff in accounting hubs on US GAAP principles and NetSuite best practices. - Lead process improvement and system implementation projects. - Communicate operating results and key accounting information to executive management. **Qualifications:** - 8+ years of progressive industry and public accounting experience (Big 4 experience preferred). - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required. - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or Masters degree is a plus). - Deep knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS principles. - Previous hands-on Controller experience in a high-growth technology and/or SaaS organization. - Proficient in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel. - Strong financial reporting skills, including variance analysis, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. - Demonstrated ability to take ownership, set strategy, and motivate teams.
