Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilies: • Oversee the overall maintenance and facility operaons at both manufacturing units. • Manage electricity bills, ensure mely payments, and coordinate with ulity providers if needed. • Handle plumbing repairs and address any urgent facility-related issues efficiently. • Coordinate and organize food arrangements for employees and visitors as required. • Liaise with local vendors and service providers for quick execuon of small-scale and emergency work. • Maintain a directory of trusted local personnel for various types of repairs, support, and service tasks. • Ensure regular prevenve maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and building systems. • Supervise housekeeping and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met across the premises. • Monitor and manage waste disposal, water supply, pest control, and other facility services. • Maintain necessary documentaon and reports related to facility expenses, repairs, and services. • Coordinate with external agencies for audits, inspecons, and compliance where required. • Ensure safety protocols and basic security infrastructure are in place and funconing. • Support administrave needs and assist in facility-related procurement and logiscs. Key Skills & Requirements: • Prior experience of 4-5 years in facility or plant management (preferably in a manufacturing environment). • Strong network of local contacts and vendors for various facility services. • Good negoaon, coordinaon, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multask and work independently under minimal supervision. • Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and maintenance work. • Familiarity with compliance and safety standards related to manufacturing units. • Basic proficiency in record-keeping and MS Office tools. • Ability to speak, understand and manage communicaon in Telugu, Hindi and English fluently.
