The Role
- You’ll be the voice behind Myridius.
- You’ll oversee thought leadership, content creation, PR/media management, and social media communications, ensuring everything we publish, share, or say aligns with our brand, culture and business strategy.
- You’ll collaborate with our executive team, business, and people & culture teams to shape how we show up to the world—and how our team feels connected internally.
- Your work will impact brand reputation, market visibility, and company culture, and you’ll ensure our stories reach the right people at the right time—whether it’s customers, employees, or the press.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute communications strategies that support the company's brand positioning and business goals.
- Oversee thought leadership content—including blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, press releases, emailers and go-to-market collateral.
- Manage PR and media relationships—ensuring consistent, high-quality coverage and reputation management.
- Lead internal communications—from executive updates and newsletters to all-hands talking points that keep teams informed and inspired.
- Oversee social media strategy and execution, ensuring content is aligned across platforms and supports both brand awareness and lead generation.
- Partner with executives to craft messaging, talking points, and speeches for external engagements, panels, and interviews.
- Ensure brand voice consistency across all communications (yes, grammar matters— and so does tone).
- Measure and report on communications impact, adjusting strategies based on engagement, reach, and media results.
- Support company culture and reputation initiatives, ensuring the company Myridius is seen as a great place to work and a leader in the technology industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- At least Eight (8) years of experience in communications and PR, preferably in the technology industry.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in American English—you can craft a crisp press release and a compelling LinkedIn post in the same day.
- Experience managing PR agencies, vendors, and media relationships.
- Proven ability to develop content and collateral that resonates across internal and external audiences.
- Strong storytelling and editorial skills—you know how to frame complex technology topics in simple, compelling ways.
- Experience in working closely with executives—from drafting messaging to coaching for engagements.
- Collaborative, positive, and proactive attitude—you can juggle competing priorities without drama.
