The Indian Hotels Company Limited is looking for Commis-I to join our team
Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock control.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Commis-I in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
