Commercial Sales Manager

You are a dynamic and result-oriented Commercial Real Estate Sales Professional being sought to join a growing team in Gurugram. Your main responsibility will be to drive sales of commercial properties such as office spaces, retail units, showrooms, and investment assets within premium developments. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and generating leads for commercial property sales through networking, brokers, cold calling, and digital platforms. You will also need to build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and investors. Understanding client requirements and providing customized solutions based on project inventory will be crucial. Additionally, conducting site visits, presentations, and property showings for prospective buyers and investors, negotiating and closing sales deals, and collaborating with the marketing team for effective campaigns and lead-generation strategies are part of the role. To excel in this position, you should have a Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields, with an MBA being preferred. Moreover, you should possess 5 to 10 years of proven experience in commercial real estate sales, particularly in selling office spaces, retail properties, or investment-grade commercial assets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong relationship-building and client-handling abilities, familiarity with Gurugram commercial property markets, and proficiency in MS Office and Farvision ERP are essential skills required. Preferred candidates will be local to Gurugram / Delhi NCR and have experience with Grade-A developers or real estate consultancies.
