Job Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned Plant Commercial Head to oversee commercial activities, accounting, and GST compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial operations, accounting, and statutory compliances, along with exposure to SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Commercial Operations: Oversee commercial activities, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

2. Accounting and Finance: Manage accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

3. GST Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including filing returns and managing input tax credits.

4. SAP Exposure: Utilize SAP to manage commercial and accounting functions, including procurement, inventory management, and financial reporting.

5. Statutory Compliances: Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including labor laws, tax laws, and other relevant regulations.

Requirements:

1. Commercial and Accounting Experience: Proven experience in commercial operations, accounting, and finance.

2. GST Knowledge: Strong knowledge of GST regulations and compliance.

3. SAP Exposure: Exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems.

4. Statutory Compliance Knowledge: Knowledge of statutory regulations, including labor laws and tax laws.

5. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Candidate:

1. CA/CMA/MBA/B.com/M.com

2. Manufacturing Experience: Experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in a commercial or accounting role.

3. SAP Expertise: Expertise in SAP or similar ERP systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
