Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a College Principal based in Kasaragod. The Principal will oversee all academic and administrative operations, ensure high academic standards, lead faculty and staff effectively, and foster a positive and inclusive campus culture. Other responsibilities include representing the institution in external affairs, implementing institutional policies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with educational regulations.

Eligibility (As per UGC Norms)

• PhD in a relevant Arts / Science discipline

  (mandatory)

• Minimum 15 years of teaching experience

  in higher education institutions

• Prior experience as Principal / Head of Institution

  will be a

  distinct advantage

• Strong academic credentials with leadership and administrative exposure
