Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and technology-driven Principal to lead our school into its next phase of growth and excellence. Operational & Administrative Excellence Lead daily school operations efficiently, maintaining safety, discipline, and high- quality standards. Ensure compliance with educational regulations, accreditation requirements, and institutional policies. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and infrastructure development aligned with strategic goals. Team Management Inspire, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work culture. Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional growth. Parent & Community Engagement Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and engagement programs. Promote the school’s brand in the community through outreach, events, and partnerships. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Stay updated on national and international trends in education. Introduce new programs, extracurricular activities, and student support systems. Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students. Qualifications Master’s degree in Education / Educational Leadership / relevant field (PhD or EdD preferred but not mandatory). Minimum 8–15 years of teaching and leadership experience in reputed schools. Proven experience in school administration and academic leadership. Strong understanding of technology-enabled education and digital learning platforms. Track record of increasing student enrollment and delivering academic excellence.
