About the Institution:

A reputed higher education institution affiliated with Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner, is seeking a visionary and experienced Principal to lead as the academic and administrative head. The ideal candidate will drive excellence in teaching, research, institutional development, and governance while fostering a culture of integrity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

🎓 Academic Leadership

Provide strategic direction for academic programs in line with UGC and University norms.

Oversee curriculum planning, faculty performance, and quality assurance (NAAC, AISHE, NIRF).

Promote research, innovation, and community engagement.

💼 Administrative & Financial Oversight

Supervise faculty, staff, and student administration.

Ensure sound financial management, audits, and statutory compliance.

👩 🏫 Faculty & Student Development

Mentor faculty in research, publications, and career growth.

Encourage co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for holistic student development.

Strengthen industry–academia collaborations and career initiatives.

🤝 Governance & External Relations

Coordinate with University, UGC, and State Higher Education bodies.

Lead IQAC and institutional development planning.

Eligibility: (As per UGC Regulations, 2018)

Ph.D. in a relevant discipline (mandatory)

Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.

Minimum 15 years of teaching/research experience, including 8 years in the cadre of Associate Professor or above.

Proven academic and administrative leadership, with a record of publications and contributions to higher education.

Tenure & Remuneration:

🕔 Tenure: 5 years (extendable as per University/UGC norms)

💰 Pay Scale: As per UGC 7th Pay Commission and State Government rules (18 LPA)
