Qualification: Master’s Degree (any relevant field)
Experience: 5–6 years in teaching (leadership experience preferred)
Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Gender Preference: Both

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary College Principal to provide academic leadership, ensure operational excellence, and drive institutional growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong teaching experience, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to lead faculty and students toward high standards of performance and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for academic programs, curriculum development, and research initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate faculty and administrative staff to ensure academic excellence
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations, accreditation requirements, and institutional policies
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and student-centric learning
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and infrastructure planning
• Represent the college at academic and industry forums to enhance reputation and outreach
• Develop partnerships with industry and other educational institutions for better placement and research opportunities
