Role overview You will drive lead outreach, counsel prospective students and parents on PU programs, manage application workflows, and support on-ground admission events to meet enrolment targets for the academic year. Key responsibilities Make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, and follow up via phone/WhatsApp/email to qualify leads and schedule campus/virtual counselling sessions Counsel students and parents on PU streams, eligibility, fees, scholarships, documentation, and timelines; guide them through application and admission steps end-to-end. Maintain accurate CRM entries, daily call logs, and pipeline status; publish daily/weekly MIS reports on leads, conversions, and pending documents. Coordinate and participate in admission drives, school visits, seminars, open houses, and entrance/orientation events; support front-desk counselling during peak cycles. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, feedback, and messaging; escalate common FAQs and objections to improve scripts and collateral. Achieve monthly targets on call productivity, appointment bookings, applications submitted, and admissions confirmed; adhere to TAT and quality standards. Required qualifications Any graduate; preference for candidates with prior experience in tele calling, inside sales, or education counselling. Strong communication in English plus Kannada and/or Hindi; comfort with phone- based engagement and objection handling. Working knowledge of CRM, spreadsheets, email, and WhatsApp Business; disciplined documentation habits. Customer-centric attitude, patience with parents/students, and ethical handling of information and payments. Preferred experience 1–3 years in admissions, counselling, telesales, or education services; familiarity with Bengaluru PU market and academic calendars.
