Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Collections Manager located in Sikar. The Collections Manager will oversee the collections process, manage a team of collection agents, and develop strategies to improve the collection rate. Responsibilities include monitoring accounts, negotiating repayment plans with clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing regular reports on collection activities and performance. Qualifications Experience in collections management, developing repayment plans, and negotiating with clients Leadership skills, team management experience, and ability to motivate staff Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in financial services Analytical skills for monitoring accounts and reporting on collection activities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work onsite in Sikar Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field Experience in the NBFC or financial services sector is a plus Show more Show less
