Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection processes, developing and implementing strategies for debt recovery, managing a team of collection agents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Daily tasks may include monitoring accounts, negotiating with customers, handling escalations, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

Experience in debt collection, negotiation, and recovery processes
Leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience in the Fin-Tech or finance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
