VGM Consultants is committed to providing efficient and reliable services tailored to diverse customer needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Team Leader located in Gaya. The Collection Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of collection agents, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the achievement of collection targets. Primary responsibilities include developing strategies to improve collection efficiency, providing guidance and support to team members, and resolving escalated customer issues while maintaining superior customer service standards. The role also requires collaboration with other departments to optimize processes and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Strong Team Leadership and mentoring skills
Proficiency in Debt Collection and Customer Service techniques
Analytical Skills for performance monitoring and strategy development
Knowledge of finance and related operational processes
Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet challenging targets
Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools is advantageous
Previous experience in a similar leadership role is a plus
