Collection Team Leader

We are hiring a motivated and certified Team Leader (DRA Certified) to join our growing team. This role involves field visits to customers for collections, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring timely and effective recovery of dues. Your negotiation skills, professionalism, and DRA certification will be key assets in delivering results. Key Responsibilities: Collection Activities: Conduct field visits to customers for payment collection and ensure timely follow-ups. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records, manage customer interactions with diplomacy, and uphold high service standards. Reporting & Compliance: Provide regular updates to management on collection status and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms. Negotiation & Conflict Resolution: Resolve payment issues through effective communication and negotiate payment terms where necessary.
