Job Description

As a Collection Manager for the DSMG vertical, you will be responsible for managing early and mid-stage delinquency (flow buckets) in emerging cities, focusing on resolution through structured follow-up and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage collections in 190 DPD (flow buckets) for assigned locations and portfolios.
Ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions to control roll forwards and minimize delinquency.
Allocate cases efficiently to field executives/agencies and monitor productivity.
Conduct skip tracing and field visits for unreachable customers when required.
Liaise with tele-calling, legal, and recovery agencies for coordination and case closure.
Ensure adherence to RBI fair practices code and Tata Capitals ethical recovery guidelines.
Prepare collection dashboards and performance reports to highlight key risk areas.
Coordinate with sales and credit teams for restructuring or resolution of high-risk accounts.
Drive field performance through regular reviews, on-ground audits, and training.

Requirements:

Graduate with 3-6 years of experience in retail collections (flows preferred).
Strong knowledge of collection strategy, skip tracing, and field management.
Familiarity with local language, geography, and customer behavior in emerging cities.
Good communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and work under pressure to meet targets.
