Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Plan and distribute monthly field allocation amongst the team as per the business requirement
Daily/Weekly visit with Collectors on critical cases.
Handle the field collection Team size 10-12 Members
Plan and track visit roaster of collection team on daily basis
Hiring, managing and developing field collection executive for the assigned portfolio
Prepare MIS report weekly/monthly collection data
Analyze and interpret collection trend through MIS and make strategies.
Manager & Control collection portfolio and try to minimize NPA
Achieve given monthly collection Target through field effort
Guide and Motivate team members.
Ensure daily cash collection deposition in company bank account as per SOP.
Handle and resolve complaints in coordination with other departments.
Settlement Proposal.
