- Bachelors degree - 8+years of experience in finance sector (Banking/NBFC) - Strong analytical and financial assessment skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Own Two wheeler is must along with Driving License.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions based on data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.- Team player with the ability to lead and motivate others.
