Job Title:

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and manage assigned accounts for outstanding payments
Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and in-person visits when required
Maintain accurate records of communication and payment status
Work closely with internal finance and operations teams to resolve account issues
Negotiate payment timelines and support structured settlements when needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery guideline
Prepare regular status reports on collection progress

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or recovery
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of basic accounting and payment processes
Ability to manage pressure and meet targets
Willingness to travel within the assigned area if needed
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, BFSI, or telecom collections
Knowledge of the local Gurgaon market
Immediate joiner preferred
