Key Responsibilities:

Manage Bucket X collections for Auto loans via call centre channels.
Monitor and guide call centre teams to achieve recovery targets.
Implement effective collection strategies and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Analyze delinquency trends and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for escalations and resolution of complex cases.
Maintain accurate MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of retail collections processes, preferably in Auto loans.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage teams and drive performance in a call centre environment.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory norms in collections.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Experience:
6-7 years in retail collections, preferably Auto loans.
