We are seeking a motivated Collection Agent to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are looking to start their career in the financial services sector and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Contact customers to collect outstanding payments
Negotiate payment plans and settlements
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments
Resolve customer inquiries and disputes regarding their accounts
Collaborate with team members to improve collection processes
Prepare and submit reports on collection activities and outcomes

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Familiarity with collections software and CRM systems
Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
