Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Agent located in Nabha. The Collection Agent will be responsible for managing debt collections from customers, maintaining effective communication, providing customer service, and handling cash collections. The role also includes collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely collections.

Qualifications

Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
Basic knowledge of Finance
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work on-site
Previous experience in banking or a related field is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or customer service are beneficial
