Our team
Our team is engaged in designing, delivering and supporting Digital Tech Services for all CHC worldwide.
We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes supporting regulated environments (GxP, SoX and other regional or local regulations).
Our team operates in an international context, serving all markets in most of the countries around the world.
Digital Technology & Architecture organization encompasses following capabilities: Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud engineering, Platform Engineering (e.g. DevOps & related framework), Platforms (ServiceNow, Observability, Chatbots, SAP, Commercial, RPA, …), Digital Workplace and more “classical” infrastructures (hosting, servers, …).
Digital Workplace & Facilities team manages all Digital Workplace capabilities (all devices, collaboration, communication, printing, software management & deployment, …) and makes the bridge between global standards designed by global infrastructure & workplace teams and their implementation on our 60+ sites (incl. 12 plants) across the globe.

Collaboration & Communication team manages the following capabilities:
Microsoft 365 (incl. Copilot). Overall M365 ecosystem and transversal management of the tenant (e.g. applying cybersecurity rules, …)
eMail. Leveraging Exchange on-line from Microsoft 365.
SharePoint . To build team sites based on standardized templates, at the scale of the company.
Intranet. The Corporate one-stop shop for all our employees, leveraging SharePoint and Viva Engage.
Teams (incl. integration). The cornerstone of collaboration across the company and externally, providing file sharing, chat, telephony and videoconferencing.
OneDrive . For secure personal content management.
Viva Engage . The enterprise social network.
Whiteboarding/Ideation. Based on Microsoft Whiteboard, Confluence Whiteboard and iObeya.
Videoconferencing. Based on Teams as a target.
Telephony. Based on Teams.
Digital Signage / IP-TV. Deployed on all our sites and based on Comeen Play.
What we're looking for?
We are looking for a leader of our Collaboration & Communication team, with following core responsibilities shared across the team:
Design & build dedicated Collaboration & Communication capabilities for Opella
Build Operating Models for all capabilities
Develop consistent roadmaps for all capabilities, taking into account dependencies with other domains (e.g. infrastructure, cybersecurity, …)
Drive budgets for all capabilities (run, projects, hardware)
Drive required projects to setup capabilities and perform their evolutions
Manage all capabilities as product, ensuring measurement of end-user feedback, capacity , support, etc…
Ensure stakeholders communication around our products (how-to, quick wins, roadmaps, perspectives, voice of the customer, …)
Be proficient and hands-on in some capabilities, especially M365 , eMail (Exchange on-line) and Videoconferencing (Teams) to start rapidly to build them.
Ensure documentation of all decisions, process, ways of working, etc… linked to Collaboration & Communication capabilities
About you
Technical background required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, with various proven experiences in international context across global organizations
Proven experience in managing a similar eco-system of Collaboration & Communication domain, close to end-users
Proficiency in Digital Workplace products & vendors eco-system, with deeper technical knowledge on some of them, especially what Opella needs to tackle right away: M365 , eMail and videoconferencing (Teams).
Wider knowledge on infrastructure and workplace eco-system (products, vendors, architectures, …).
Soft skills required
Proven experience working in global virtual teams and international matrix environment
Strategic thinking with ability to develop strategies for Collaboration & Communication products & Services
Ability to lead teams, with proven experience
Ability to design architecture of Digital Workplace solutions, determining reusable patterns
Ability to document for any audience
Structured and having a project mindset (planning, action plans, documentation, communication, …)
Ability to take the lead & ownership (e.g. to find a solution, propose new idea and execute them, …), even in unclear situations. Contribute to clear the unclear
Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, ability to pick things up quickly and connect information, with attention to details
Agile and continuous improvement mindset, with critical-thinking and root-cause-analysis paradigms
Curious, open-minded, « out of the box » thinking
Able to write and speak fluently in English for any audience
