Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Cold Email Outreach Specialist. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as researching potential leads, crafting and sending cold emails, tracking response rates, and following up with potential clients. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining a customer relationship database, collaborating with the marketing and sales teams, and continuously improving outreach strategies to optimize engagement and conversion rates.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Writing skills
Experience in Customer Service and Community Outreach
Ability to conduct effective Research
Proficiency in email marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous
