Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Inside Sales Specialist located in Coimbatore. The Junior Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include outreach to prospective clients, following up on leads, maintaining customer databases, and providing exceptional customer service to support the sales team’s objectives.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in sales or a related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field


As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential customers, contacting leads, presenting our products and services, and building long-term customer relationships.


Responsibilities:


* Research and identify potential customers


* Contact potential leads through cold calling


* Present GoZen.io's products and services to existing and new customers

over online / zoom demos.


* Explain product benefits and advise customers on their purchasing decisions


* Ability to meet monthly revenue targets


* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships


Qualifications:


* Proven work experience as an Independent Sales Representative, Sales Representative, or a similar role in the Sales industry


* Excellent communication, online presentation, and negotiation skills


* Sales experience in the SaaS industry is beneficial.
