Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, email outreach, indiamart, and referrals.
  • Assess prospects based on need, budget, authority, and timing to ensure a high-quality pipeline.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with Insolution Solutions business goals and market dynamics.
  • Create and deliver persuasive, pitches to address client pain points and highlight value.
  • Adopt a consultative approach to understand client challenges and present solutions rather than just products.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals that are mutually beneficial and profitable.
  • Manage the full sales processfrom prospecting and qualifying to closing and following up.
  • Log client interactions, pipeline progress, and update sales data in CRM systems for accuracy and analysis.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and insights on performance and market trends.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine strategy and positioning.
  • Maintain communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, upselling, and renewal.
  • Provide follow-up support, address client concerns, and ensure smooth transition post-contract.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, customer service, and finance teams to align strategies and deliverables.
  • Efficiently manage tasks, prioritize leads, and meet deadlines using sales productivity tools.
  • Effectively respond to client objections with tailored solutions and creative thinking.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry changes through self-study or formal training.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, customer service, and finance teams to align strategies and deliverables.
