Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
Store materials in designated, organized locations and issue them as needed for production.
Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate reordering to avoid shortages or excess inventory.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and stock levels using inventory management systems.
Generate periodic inventory reports and support audits.

Quality Assurance

Inspect incoming and outgoing items to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Safety & Cleanliness

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Follow fire prevention measures and other relevant safety protocols.

Coordination & Communication

Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
Supervise assistants or junior staff.

Inventory Practices

Report and manage obsolete or damaged inventory.
