Equipment & Facility ManagementEnsure proper maintenance of production equipment and machinery.Coordinate with the engineering team for repairs and upgrades.Maintain a clean and safe working environment.5. Team Leadership & TrainingSupervise production staff and ensure smooth workflow.Train employees on safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory compliance.Motivate the team to achieve production targets and maintain high performance.6. Compliance with Health & Safety RegulationsEnforce workplace safety policies to prevent accidents.Ensure employees follow hygiene standards and wear protective gear as required.Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions.7. Coordination with Other DepartmentsCollaborate with R&D for new product development and process improvements.Work with procurement for raw material availability.Liaise with the supply chain to ensure timely product delivery.8. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain production records, batch records, and compliance documents.Generate reports on production efficiency, yield, and any issues encountered.Present production updates to senior management.Requirements:Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing company, preferably in plastic Company.
