COE HR Reporting & Analytics - Specialist / Sr. Specialist - Pune

Core responsibilities

Apply global approach within the Region

In alignment with globally defined strategy and processes, responsible for the East Asia & India Total Rewards function (including Monetary & Non-Monetary Benefits, Job Structure & Pensions, Compensation)

Prepare and steer annual salary review process within the respective region in alignment with the Global Total Rewards regulations and processes

Maintain and further develop country job salary bands and grading (based on HAY methodology) structure (below Executive level) and consult HR Business Partners and Managers on job values and benchmark strategy

Work on projects to further develop the attractiveness of remuneration & benefits packages in alignment with global CoE guidelines for (compensation, monetary rewards, non-monetary rewards)

Define regional/ local monetary rewards programs in line with the MAHLE global New Work framework (e.g., company cars below ML, local health insurance, income replacement)

Consult stakeholders and steer interfaces

Support East Asia & India and country HR leadership as the person responsible for Total Rewards in East Asia & India

Serve as a point of contact for consulting HR Business Partners and Managers on Total Rewards inquiries

Analyze data and create reports

Conduct comp & ben analyses for East Asia & India including specific locations/units/positions as required.
