We're now expanding our founding team with a visionary co-founder who brings strong tech and design leadership. The Role: We are seeking a Co-Founder with a dual capability in Software Engineering and UI/UX Design who believes in our mission and is ready to make a hands-on impact. As a co-founder, you will lead the end-to-end product development journey—from architecting scalable systems to delivering intuitive, user-first designs. This role requires both sweat equity and financial investment, and offers significant founder-level equity in return. Your Key Responsibilities: Tech Leadership: Build, manage, and scale the backend and frontend architecture of our core products (web & mobile). UI/UX Execution: Design and implement intuitive, functional, and appealing interfaces with user journeys at the center. Product Development: Translate vision into MVPs and eventually full-scale platforms. Work closely with the founding team to define and iterate on features. Strategic Thinking: Contribute to company vision, product strategy, and long-term roadmap. Team Building: Help grow a high-performing tech and design team as the company scales. Ownership: Operate with a founder’s mindset — take ownership of both challenges and outcomes. Investor Readiness: Participate in product pitches, demos, and fundraising discussions. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer (React, Node.js, Flutter, or similar stack). Strong skills in UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Entrepreneurial mindset with the willingness to invest time and capital (initial skin in the game). Past experience in building consumer-facing products or startups is a huge plus. A portfolio of products or side projects that showcase your skill set. Grit, adaptability, and drive to build something meaningful from the ground up.
