Role Overview We are seeking a Co-Founder to join our leadership team and play a key role in shaping BOCS Network’s growth journey. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad , with flexibility for candidates open to relocating to Ahmedabad or Noida . You will work closely with the founding team to drive strategy, business development, and brand expansion while helping build the next-generation ecosystem for startups and SMEs. Key Responsibilities Co-develop and execute strategic, operational, and go-to-market plans. Lead initiatives for business partnerships, collaborations, and product-market growth. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for scaling. Collaborate on marketing, outreach, and platform development strategies. Represent the brand in startup, investor, and industry forums. Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience , preferably with exposure to startup or early-stage environments . Strong business acumen, analytical , and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Prior experience in sales, marketing, business development, or operations is preferred. A strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work collaboratively with founders. Based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad/Noida. Engagement Model This is a founding role with equity-based engagement . Investment is optional and flexible based on mutual discussion.
