As a Co-Founder at Robonite, you will have the exciting opportunity to co-lead a purpose-driven EdTech startup that is revolutionizing how children learn, think, and create. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Lead and strategize sales and marketing operations for the company - Drive lead generation and conversions for both institutional and B2C programs - Build and manage growth funnels both offline and digital - Represent the brand at exhibitions, events, and client meetings - Collaborate on business development and revenue partnerships - Understand core offerings such as STEM, Robotics, and Coding and help position them effectively - Possess the ability to invest and demonstrate long-term commitment to the venture We are looking for an individual who meets the following qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Technical understanding of EdTech, Robotics, or Coding (preferred, not mandatory) - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for education - Willingness to hustle, own the growth roadmap, and think at scale - Prior startup experience or a network in the education domain is a plus Additionally, the location for this role is in Raipur (preferred) or willing to relocate. The investment required will be discussed during the meeting, and equity will be offered based on your contribution and alignment with the company's vision.
