Co-Founder with Investment

As a Co-Founder at Robonite, you will have the exciting opportunity to co-lead a purpose-driven EdTech startup that is revolutionizing the way children learn, think, and create. You will be responsible for leading and strategizing sales and marketing operations, driving lead generation and conversions for institutional and B2C programs, building and managing growth funnels both offline and digital, representing the brand at exhibitions, events, and client meetings, and collaborating on business development and revenue partnerships. It is essential that you understand the core offerings of STEM, Robotics, and Coding and help position them effectively. Additionally, you should have the ability to invest and bring a long-term commitment to the venture. We are looking for an individual with at least 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, possessing strong communication and negotiation skills. While a technical understanding of EdTech, Robotics, or Coding is preferred, it is not mandatory. An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for education, willingness to hustle, own the growth roadmap, and think at scale are vital characteristics we seek. Prior startup experience or having built a network in the education domain would be advantageous. The preferred location for this role is Raipur or the willingness to relocate. The investment required will be discussed during the meeting, and equity will be offered based on your contribution and alignment with the company's vision and goals.
