Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, business-savvy Co-Founder who will share the responsibility of building and scaling Hexzon from the ground up. You will play a critical role in business strategy, operations, and revenue growth. This is not just a job — it’s an ownership role for someone ready to commit long-term and grow with the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Build a strong network of suppliers, manufacturers, and buyers across India.
• Operations & Logistics: Design and implement efficient procurement, warehousing, and dispatch processes for nationwide distribution.
• Financial Planning: Develop pricing strategies, manage budgets, and oversee cash flow for sustainable scaling.
• Brand Building: Co-create Hexzon’s identity, marketing strategies, and trade reputation.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a high-performance sales and operations team.
• Partnership Development: Identify and negotiate with logistics providers, OEMs, and distributors.
• Market Expansion: Identify growth opportunities in emerging cities and segments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience
• :5+ years in wholesale trade, distribution, supply chain, or B2B sales (solar/electrical preferred)
• .Strong vendor and dealer network in India
• .Skills
• :Negotiation, networking, and strategic planning
• .Understanding of road logistics, warehousing, and procurement
• .Financial literacy for managing P&L
