Our aim is to become India’s most reliable and price-efficient B2B solar distribution partner. 💼 Role SummaryWe’re looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial Co-Founder/Partner who will lead operations, supply chain, vendor relationships, and drive growth across India. This is a hands-on role — ideal for someone who understands solar or B2B hardware distribution and wants to build a business from the ground up. 🔧 ResponsibilitiesSet up and manage dispatch warehouse or local operations Build vendor/supplier partnerships for solar panels, tools, cables, etc. Develop and implement logistics strategy for pan-India delivery Co-create product catalog and pricing structure Drive business development and B2B client acquisition (installers, EPCs, retailers) Handle purchase orders, inventory, and payment tracking Assist in tech & branding decisions (website, CRM, WhatsApp catalog, etc.) ✅ Preferred ProfileExperience in solar, hardware trading, or B2B wholesale Familiarity with logistics, sourcing, or retail chain management Entrepreneurial mindset – willing to hustle, lead and grow Strong network of EPCs or vendors is a big plus Familiarity with tools like Excel, WhatsApp for Business, or IndiaMART 💰 Equity & Compensation Open to co-founder equity or profit-sharing Flexible on terms for the right candidate

Role Overview We are seeking a driven, business-savvy Co-Founder who will share the responsibility of building and scaling Hexzon from the ground up. You will play a critical role in business strategy, operations, and revenue growth. This is not just a job — it’s an ownership role for someone ready to commit long-term and grow with the brand. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Build a strong network of suppliers, manufacturers, and buyers across India. Operations & Logistics: Design and implement efficient procurement, warehousing, and dispatch processes for nationwide distribution. Financial Planning: Develop pricing strategies, manage budgets, and oversee cash flow for sustainable scaling. Brand Building: Co-create Hexzon’s identity, marketing strategies, and trade reputation. Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a high-performance sales and operations team. Partnership Development: Identify and negotiate with logistics providers, OEMs, and distributors. Market Expansion: Identify growth opportunities in emerging cities and segments.
