Role Overview

We are looking for passionate online trainers, tutors, or course creators who can teach students aged 16+, focusing on career skills, business learning, and other subjects. This is not just a role—it’s a chance to become a Co-Founder and core team member.

• Flexibility: part-time or full-time involvement (profit sharing & equity as per contribution)

Your Contribution

• Create and deliver quality courses (content must be copyright-free; ownership stays with you unless agreed otherwise)
• Support both paid learners and underprivileged learners who face financial, social, or resource barriers
• Work with the founding team to shape ShikshaSutra’s growth
• Take full ownership and responsibility as a true co-founder
  

Our Social Impact Vision

“Needy” doesn’t just mean financially weak. It also includes learners who truly want to study but face problems like family restrictions, lack of resources, or limited access to education. As a co-founder, you should share our belief in giving free education to those who need it most, along with paid programs.
