Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Co-Founder, located in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for helping to shape the company's vision, strategy, and execution. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing product development, marketing strategies, user acquisition, and community building. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the company's growth and success. This role is open to college students as well.

• Experience in product development and project management
• Marketing, user acquisition, and community-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Passion for creating meaningful connections between people
• Experience with startups or in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (students currently pursuing a degree are also encouraged to apply)
