We are looking for passionate and hands-on Cluster Managers who can take full ownership of business operations across multiple student housing properties — ensuring high occupancy, seamless service delivery, and an engaging resident experience.


Role Summary

As a Cluster Manager – Student Living, you will lead a portfolio of properties and be responsible for the end-to-end performance of your cluster — including occupancy, revenue, P&L delivery, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple student housing properties, ensuring service excellence and profitability.
  • Drive occupancy and revenue targets through

    local marketing, sales coordination, and lead conversions.

  • Take full P&L ownership of your cluster and deliver on key business metrics.
  • Identify and evaluate new property acquisition (supply) opportunities

    to support cluster growth and portfolio expansion.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate property managers, wardens, and on-ground staff to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
  • Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, F&B, and vendor performance to maintain quality standards.
  • Continuously improve resident experience through feedback, engagement initiatives, and service innovations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Facilities, and Experience) to ensure smooth functioning of all sites.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process efficiency, and revenue enhancement.
