Job Description

1. Pre-Sales
i. Support discussions with the colleges to make them understand program objectives and contours
ii. Support mobilization of students along with college SPOC.
iii. Close loop on the delivery elements around trainer alignment and login on the NSDC Portal.
iv. Support in arriving at the signing of the MOU through the eMOU portal
v. Support in finding relevant Facilitators, Trainers, consultants for delivery of the program
2. Program Management (Delivery Phase):
i. Complete Ownership of CSR Skill Development Project allocated.
ii. Responsible for bringing educational institutions/colleges on board and periodic interaction for successful execution and completion of the project as per the predefined milestones and timelines
iii. Management of day-to-day activities of the program
iv. Ensuring timely coordination of preparatory, facilitation and post-training activities
v. Streamlining processes & governance.
vi. Maintaining BFL delivery standards and quality
vii. To manage multiple projects to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency
3. People & Function Management
i. Support the team to enable effective delivery
ii. Operational and functional processes to ensure efficient management of college and students from starting to the project closure
iii. Set deadlines to maintain productivity and complete work within the given budget.
iv. To ensure all Project reports, MIS and dashboards are maintained and updated on
regular basis
4. Capability Building through College Empanelment & Engagement
i. Liaison with segment colleges
ii. Ensuring adequate pool of trainers are there in the system
iii. Build organization s capability through a strong network of relevant trainers
Job Requirement
Knowledge: Experience of working in Skill Development / CSR - Education, Training and Placement domain through COCO and/or through partner model
Skills:
1. Strong communication & presentation skills
2. Training & Platform Skills
3. People Skills
4. Project Management Skills
