1. Sales Performance & Revenue Growth
- Objective: Drive top-line sales performance across all stores (Apparels) in the assigned cluster.
- Key Activities:
- Monitor and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and leverage revenue growth opportunities (upselling, cross-selling, VM strategies).
- Conduct competitor analysis to adjust sales strategies.
2. Store Operations Management
- Objective: Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all stores (Apparels) within the cluster.
- Key Activities:
- Review operational KPIs such as footfall, conversion rates, and ATV (Average Transaction Value).
- Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising standards, and SOP adherence.
- Conduct regular store audits for hygiene, service quality, and compliance.
3. Team Management & Development
- Objective: Build and lead a high-performing team aligned with organizational goals.
- Key Activities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor Store Managers and sales staff.
- Drive motivation through performance reviews, coaching, and incentives.
- Implement succession planning and build bench strength.
4. Customer Experience & Retention
- Objective: Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Key Activities:
- Monitor and improve customer service standards across stores.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement necessary changes.
- Promote loyalty programs and customer engagement activities.
5. Inventory & Stock Management
- Objective: Optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and markdowns.
- Key Activities:
- Ensure accurate stock forecasting and timely replenishment.
- Minimize inventory aging and manage shrinkage.
- Coordinate with the merchandising team for stock alignment.
6. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Objective: Maintain profitability and control operational costs.
- Key Activities:
- Monitor and manage P&L of each store in the cluster.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
- Approve and control expenses related to store operations.
7. Reporting & Insights
- Objective: Provide actionable insights and maintain data transparency.
- Key Activities:
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational reports.
- Present business performance to regional/zone heads with insights and recommendations.
- Use data analytics to inform decision-making.
