Job Title: Cluster Manager – Operations and Revenue

Industry: Healthcare
Location: [JNTU, HYDERABAD)]

Salary: 6LPA - 1LPA, Per Annual, Negotiable and Incentives
Experience: Above 8years (including multi-unit operations and sales leadership)
Reporting to: Regional Manager / Zonal Head

Role Summary:

The Cluster Manager – Operations & Revenue is responsible for overseeing the business and operational performance of a group of healthcare units (clinics/hospitals/centers). The ideal candidate is a qualified medical doctor with a strong interest or experience in healthcare operations and revenue management. This role bridges the clinical and administrative functions to ensure that both patient care and business goals are aligned and optimized.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight

Manage day-to-day operations across multiple healthcare units.

Ensure quality service delivery by doctors and support teams.

Standardize patient flow processes and clinical pathways.

Revenue & Business Management

Monitor and optimize revenue streams (consultations, procedures).

Identify and close revenue leakages.

Improve Average Revenue Per Patient (ARPP) and profitability per center.

People Management

Supervise doctors, nursing staff, admin staff, and support teams.

Drive performance metrics and clinical outcomes.

Conduct regular review meetings and staff development sessions.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure all centers comply with healthcare laws and licensing requirements.

Implement quality audits, infection control, and documentation standards.

Patient Experience

Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and care standards.

Manage escalations and improve service feedback loops.

Required Qualifications:

Medical degree: MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS (Required)

Additional training in hospital administration or MBA in Healthcare Management is a strong advantage.

6 above years of experience including clinical practice and operational roles.

Preferred Skills:

Strong leadership and multi-site team management skills.

Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle (billing, claims, pricing models).

Familiarity with HIS/EMR systems.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

KPIs / Success Metrics:

Revenue growth per center

Operational efficiency (cost vs. income)

Patient satisfaction/NPS scores

Staff performance and retention

Compliance audit scores
