Cluster Manager (Premium Cake & Café Lounge) - Vijayawada (Andra Pradesh)

Organization: The Organisation Harley’s Fine Baking (https://www.harleys.com/), is a European style patisserie (premium cake selling company) created by an IIM professor to disrupt the cake and coffee market, established to spread bonafide taste of the streets of Manhattan across the world. Brought into the world from a love for baking, the desire to create a meeting place that serves delicious food with a warm rustic environment. The Organization offers a full scope of Breads, morning merchandise, cakes, baked and savoury goods. Currently the team size is of about 200 people with more than 15 outlets across Hyderabad, along with a plan of opening 100 new outlets across Mumbai, Goa, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Chennai scaling up to 1000 people over the next year.

Designation: Cluster Manager (F&B Operations)

Experience: Overall 8+ years in F&B / QSR / Retail operations with minimum 2+ years in managing multi-outlet operations, preferably in premium bakery, café or QSR industry.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Food & Beverage, or related field. MBA/PGDM in Hospitality or Operations Management (preferred). Certifications in Food Safety, HACCP, or Retail Management (added advantage).

Job Profile: As a Cluster Manager – F&B Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple outlets under Harley’s Fine Baking, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, consistent product quality, and superior customer experience. The role demands strong leadership to manage teams, drive operational excellence, monitor financial performance, and execute expansion strategies. You will act as the bridge between store managers and senior management to ensure that organizational standards and goals are met across your cluster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple outlets within the assigned cluster, ensuring adherence to company standards and SOPs.
• Monitor daily operations, sales performance, and customer service metrics across outlets.
• Drive revenue growth, control costs, and achieve profitability targets for the cluster.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, train, and mentor outlet managers and staff to build high-performing teams.
• Implement operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor inventory management, supply chain efficiency, and stock audits.
• Prepare periodic reports on financial performance, sales trends, and operational challenges.
• Support business expansion by setting up new outlets and ensuring smooth rollouts.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for promotions, launches, and campaigns.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in managing multi-outlet F&B or retail operations.
• Proven track record in driving sales and achieving profitability targets.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards, compliance, and operational audits.
• Leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate large teams.
• Strong financial acumen (P&L management, budgeting, and cost control).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to POS/ERP systems.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in premium bakery, café, or QSR brands.
• Knowledge of local market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor benchmarking.
• Exposure to digital transformation, delivery platforms, and customer loyalty programs.
• Certification in Lean Operations / Six Sigma.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
