Cluster Manager

. Own end-to-end operations and overall management of the residence(s).

• Manage the Housekeeping and Security teams; coordinate with vendors for daily operational requirements.

• Ensure high-quality service delivery across Food, Housekeeping, Security, Internet, Laundry, and Social Events.

• Address student and parent queries with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Act as the Single Point of Contact for students, parents, and the management team for the respective site(s).

• Maintain operational records, checklists, and handle data entry to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

• Represent Mojo Campus, manage on-site leads, and support sales closures.

• Provide on-ground/field support during emergencies.

• Ensure there are no food shortages and arrange alternatives if needed.

• Coordinate with internal teams for repair and maintenance issues.Role & responsibilities
