Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 2-5 years of experience to join our team as a Cluster Manager - MF in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd, located in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the overall performance of the mutual fund cluster. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and partners. Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
