Cluster Manager - MF

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Manager to lead our Mutual Fund team in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams and driving business growth, with 2-7 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the performance of the Mutual Fund team to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand the customer base. Lead and motivate a team of professionals to meet their targets and goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies. Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of the BFSI sector, particularly in Mutual Funds. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Strong understanding of financial markets and regulations. Experience in managing and developing a team of professionals. Educational qualifications: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
