Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Cluster Manager to oversee and expand our Point of Sale (POS) network. This role involves managing sales teams, onboarding new POS partners, driving performance, and ensuring profitability while maintaining compliance and quality standards. You will play a critical role in strengthening dealer relationships, optimizing operational processes, and supporting revenue growth through direct and indirect sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

POS Network Management

  • Empanel new POS outlets to drive business growth.
  • Assign and manage Relationship Associates (RAs) for both new and existing POS locations.
  • Identify and revive zero-selling or underperforming POS with targeted interventions.

Sales Performance & Target Achievement

  • Share monthly sales targets based on national benchmarks.
  • Review and track RA and POS performance regularly.
  • Conduct field visits to stores/dealers and provide performance feedback and support.

Team Hiring & Management

  • Recruit and train Sales Officers and DSAs as per business requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to customer-checking mechanisms and uphold quality standards.
  • Drive RA productivity through motivation, coaching, and best practice sharing.

Dealer & Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and store staff.
  • Manage profitability and mitigate risks across the POS network.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with dealers to resolve issues and discuss plans.

Operational & Contract Management

  • Handle broker contract processing; in cases of rejection (e.g., by Home Credit), coordinate rerouting to alternate lenders (e.g., Zest Money) with revised terms.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of contracts and customer onboarding.

Market Intelligence & Marketing Support

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities; take proactive measures.
  • Develop and execute tactical marketing campaigns to support lead generation and customer conversion.
  • Leverage marketing materials effectively at the POS level.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound understanding of POS lending and partner onboarding
  • Ability to drive performance and manage targets
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and dealer ecosystem

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in POS sales, lending, or channel management
  • Prior experience in retail finance, NBFCs, fintech, or lending platforms is a plus
