Job Description

To achieve assigned target by maintaining excellent relationship with the Partner branch staff
To drive the SM for achieving their goals by close monitoring & maintain productivity on various business vectors which influence the performance
To execute new initiatives for business development in the Partner location & for their staff and generate fresh leads
To provide proper mentoring to the team and groom them for an enhanced performance
To enhance the knowledge & awareness in the branches of channel partner & team
To develop strategy planning for business development with the partner and ensure quality delivery
To ensure career growth of every individual in the team through performance and support them through joint sales calls
To create business opportunities by adding new partners for GCP business
To drive G2R sales drive as per business plan by partner and ELI • To ensure the right product and PPT mix
