Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Manager - Banca verycal, based in Wayanad. The Cluster Manager will oversee and manage daily operations within the assigned cluster, ensuring the achievement of business targets and objectives. This includes supervising and guiding the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves regular performance monitoring, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
